We are your locally owned and operated surveying company. Backlund Land Surveys has been serving central Colorado since 1977. In 1977, Backlund Land Surveys purchased ABS which had purchased Peak One Surveying and all their records. We currently have detailed survey records going back to 1966. Over 14000 properties in the Summit, Lake, Grand, Park and Eagle counties are included.

We currently focus on and specialize in residential and small commercial type properties. We strive to be customer focused and provide a quality product on your timeline.
